Exterior Door Paint Color

The approved exterior color for front doors in our community is Sherwin-Williams SW 6114 Bagel. This midtone yellow with a beige undertone provides a warm, inviting look that complements the neighborhood’s overall aesthetic.

Homeowners are responsible for painting their own front doors, not the HOA. To maintain consistency and curb appeal, we kindly ask that doors be repainted as needed to keep them in good condition and match the approved color.

Lock Replacement

Homeowners are responsible for maintaining and replacing all locks, including but not limited to:

• Exterior front door handles and deadbolts 
• Cluster mailbox locks
