Getting to The Arbors of Barrington is easy, located just west of downtown Barrington and the Metra train station. Our community has one main entrance off Lageshulte Street, which leads directly into the property. From there, you'll find our 11 clearly marked residential buildings, designated parking areas, and the community clubhouse.

Please note that the speed limit within the community is strictly enforced at 15 mph to ensure the safety of all residents. Use the property map to familiarize yourself with the layout and ensure a smooth arrival. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the HOA board.

Guest parking is permitted throughout the property; however, visitors should avoid using spaces commonly used by residents.

Short-term guest parking (during the day or under a few hours) does not require prior notice.
However, any overnight guest parking must be reported to the HOA board in advance. Failure to notify the board may result in towing or fines at the vehicle owner’s expense.

This policy helps ensure safety, manage space effectively, and maintain compliance with community regulations.
