No, we are currently at the maximum Rental Capacity for the development and will not  authorize additional rentals at this time. 

Unauthorized renting is strictly prohibited and may result in fines, legal action, or other penalties as outlined in the community rules and regulations.

We have a strict parking policy in place to ensure safety, organization, and proper use of the property.

All vehicles parked on the property must be registered with the management company and display a valid issue sticker.

Any vehicle not registered or without the appropriate sticker is subject to fines and/or towing without notice at the owner’s expense.

If you need to register a vehicle, request a replacement sticker, or have questions about your parking status, please contact management immediately.

Yes, pets are allowed at The Arbors at Barrington, with the following guidelines:

• Limit: Residents may have up to two pets (dogs or cats).
• Prohibited Breeds: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers), Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, Huskies, Presa Canarios, Malamutes, Akitas, Mastiffs, and Wolf-hybrids.
• Pet Conduct: Pets must be leashed in common areas. Cats must remain indoors unless leashed or in a carrier. Owners must clean up after their pets, with fines for violations.
• Pet Relief Area: Located near Garage Bank D—the only designated pet relief area.
• Restricted Animals: Wild, exotic, farm, or poisonous animals (e.g., snakes, ferrets, pigs) are not permitted.
• Pet Nuisances: Persistent barking, aggression, or damage must be addressed by owners. The HOA may require removal of any pet deemed disruptive or dangerous.
• Registration & Liability: Residents must submit an Annual Pet Registration Form, provide proof of vaccinations, liability insurance, and follow Village of Barrington regulations. Failure to register a pet within 10 days results in a $500 fine.
• Annual Pet Fee: A yearly fee is required for pet ownership—please check with the Property Manager for the current rate.
• Fines for Waste Violations: $100 for the first two offenses, $200 for the third, and $300 for the fourth.

Yes, grills are allowed, but with the following guidelines:

• Location: Grills must be used at least 10 feet away from the building at ground level.
• Decks & Balconies: Grills are not allowed on decks or balconies.
• Charcoal Grills: Use of charcoal grills is prohibited for safety reasons.
